Join us for the Second Cafe Reins
FREE WORKSHOP: On November 9th (SAVE THE DATE), Reins of Life Michigan City will be hosting the Second Cafe Reins, an educational series. The topic for this session will be the benefits of Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) presented by Megan Lafollette from Lawrence Pincus and Associates, (LPA) Inc. Counseling. The workshop is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. cst.

ACTIVITY UPDATE: Following each Cafe Reins, Dorota will give updates on activities going on at Reins of Life Inc.

PRESENTER: Meganis a licensed mental health clinician who works with individuals, families, and couples. She is trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy to treat those with a history of trauma. Megan also utilizes cognitive behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral interventions. Megan has extensive history working in the residential treatment setting as a therapist, program director, and clinical director. Therefore, she has significant experience building rapport and working with treatment resistant clients and helping them through complex and severe mental health issues. Lawrence Pincus and Associates, (LPA) Inc. Counseling has a mission to respond personally and immediately to families, couples, and individuals seeking counseling services, providing excellent, confidential, and affordable therapy , when and where their clients need them throughout Northwest Indiana.

WHAT IS EFP: Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy helps participants identify, cope, and recover from traumatic events, psychological and mental disorders, and addiction.
