One of the biggest horses in the Reins of Life herd is Bud. He stands at five foot five at the shoulder and well over six feet at his head weighing in at well… we would need a bigger scale, but you could ball park him at roughly 1800 lbs. Bud is a great, independent horse who has competed in most of the shows at Reins of Life with his students. He is Gavin’s, one of our feature riders, horse. In his spare time, he loves to boss the other horses and volunteers around using his size to his advantage.
