Benefit Dressage Show
Reins of Life Michigan City
As you remember, in 2020 and 2021 we ventured out into a hybrid format for the shows. As with everything, it brought some surprising positive and some not-so-surprising negative aspects. This year we are planning for the 2022 dressage show season with a judge in person at our facility.
The test rides in the Reins outdoor arena may be videotaped by ROL staff from judges' point of view (one of the favorite features from past two years).
What to expect:
Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere - after all it is a family reunion 🙂
Professional and high level feedback from USDF ranked judges.
Same pricing for classes as 2021.
Same special fun awards.
Equitation classes are back.
We will try to accommodate everyone's needs and schedules to the best of our ability.
Tests will be scored the day of the show, placing in the class results will be assessed after last ride for a day in the given class and ribbons and certificates will be ready for pickup after that (or can be mailed within the next week as arranged and communicated with staff)
If you are unable to come on both days and are interested in having more rides counted toward Year End rewards and receiving two feedbacks (two different USDF judges), please let us know and we will try to arrange for judging of video recording. To receive two evaluations, it will require double payment per class entered just like the participation in two shows.
The forms and payments (along with current negative Coggins ) should be mailed to:
